How long will it take to receive my item?

Shipping within Canada usually takes 4-7 days, 8-12 days to the US and around 2 weeks to ship internationally.

All our bags are made in small batch productions. At times an item may be purchased before its production is complete. Order fulfillment time is 2-4 weeks. Please note that if the item is purchased after the production is complete, the item will be shipped within 3-4 days of payment being received. To inquire about stock availability, please contact our team!

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Uppdoo does not accept refunds. We are happy to accept exchanges of products in original, unworn condition within 30 days of purchase. All shipping fees that occur when shipping a product, as well as original shipping fees, are non-refundable. Please contact us directly at info@uppdoo.com to arrange an exchange. Custom and discounted items are final sale.

What is the warranty for an Uppdoo bag?

All bags are under a 1-year warranty from the exact purchase date. After that year has elapsed, all repairs will be charged to the customer accordingly. Charges are based on labour and material costs. Customers have a responsibility to retrieve or arrange for shipping of their item within 6 months of being notified of completed repair work. After a 6 month period, the item will be considered abandoned. Customers oversee arranging and paying for any shipping fees that may occur. How do I care for my bag?

All bags are pre-treated with a weather-resistant polish. This means if you get caught in the rain, your bag should be fine, however please do not knowingly wear your bag in a storm or blizzard! To keep your bag in tip-top shape, we advise treating your bag once every month with a good quality leather treatment, like mink oil. Please remember that we use naturally dyed and tanned leather; each bag is unique, and any textural variances on the leather should not be considered defective.
